Shipping policy
We'll Get It to You
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your bag.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (4–7 business days) Calculated at checkout based on location.
Free Standard Shipping On all orders $50 and over. No code needed.
Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days) Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on it, check back soon.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, new launches, promotions, and holidays — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We'll try to communicate any delays via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder, it happens.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, here's what to do:
- Check around your property and with neighbors, carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
- Wait 24–48 hours. Tracking updates occasionally run ahead of actual delivery.
- If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact us at Orders@Swing-Clean.com and we'll make it right.
Swing Clean is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you're concerned about porch theft, we recommend selecting a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us at Orders@Swing-Clean.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been processed and shipped. Once it's in transit, we're unable to redirect packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, don't stress. Email us at Orders@Swing-Clean.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. For more information on refunds and returns, visit out refund policy page.
